OUR CORE ACTIVITIES

AUDIT PLANNING

  • Planning and performing an external and independent monthly audit of 120 Mobile Medical Units within the state of Chhattisgarh.

INSPECTIONS FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS

  • Surprise visits by Sr. Medical Auditors and Project Director for quality check and control of Mobile Medical Units.

REPORTING & COMPLIANCE

  • Report systematic errors for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Explain audit findings and recommend solutions to SUDA/UPSS.

HELPDESK & MIS

  • Technical, General, Health & Wellness support to respective stakeholders pertaining to MMUs.

MANUAL AND AI BASED MEDICAL AUDIT

  • Manual Audits of the prescriptions and examinations done by doctors of MMUs.
  • Development & maintenance of a web based MMU Application.

AUDIT PERAMETER (Medical)

Dedicated team of highly qualified Doctors under the supervision of Senior Medical Auditors perform audit on daily basis with below parameters:

PHARMACY

  • Current stock, storage facility and indents for new medicines.
  • Listing of expired, near expiry medicines.
  • Current stock, storage facility and indents for new medicines.

LABORATORY

  • Availability and functionality of test kits.
  • Hygiene & proper waste management.
  • Listing of expired, near expiry, non-functional items.
  • Checking availability and expiry date of all reagents which are used in 41 test list (at present, 29 tests are available within MMU and 12 tests are outsourced).

RECORDS

  • Patient's medical history, Previous MMU visits.
  • Clinical findings, diagnostic test results.
  • . Pre and postoperative care, patient's progress and medication.

AUDIT PARAMETERS (General)

In case of any discrepancy, the vendor is notified and matter is escalated to the respective authorities for further action.

MMU INSPECTION

  • Checking vehicle roadworthiness. Hygiene, infection control mechanism/fumigation.
  • Valid registration & insurance certificates, driver's valid Driving license, vehicle service logbooks.
  • CCTV camera, internet facility, Laptops Tablets, GPS device, sitting arrangement, drinking water, fire extinguishers and other safety equipment's.
  • Refrigerator, printer, air conditioners and display board must be operational.

MMU STAFF

  • Doctor, Nurse, Lab Technician, Pharmacist, and Driver
  • Registration Certificates of all staff members are to be checked.
  • Covid protocols like social distancing and wearing mask to be strictly followed.

OtHERS

  • Audit checklist form to be dully filled.
  • Checking camp location (longitude-latitude).
  • Supporting photographs.
  • Photo must be taken for every possible finding/observation and ensuring while taking image GPS camera should be ON.
  • Group photograph with all MMU staffs will be captured at the end of audit
  • Covid vaccine certification is must for all MMU staff.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Keeping an eye on core objectives of MIS like Data Capturing, Processing of Data, Storage, Retrieval and Dissemination, the MIS Team is broadly performing below activities:

Really value the opinion and use the feedback they give.

An outbound call made by helpdesk team to the patients visited MMU’s, for the purposes of assessing the level of satisfaction with the services provided in MMU camps.

MMU Exception Management

The helpdesk team is preparing the MMU Exception report on daily basis and coordinate with respective teams for proper camp planning. The exceptions reason must be:

MMU mechanical breakdown/low fuel.

Latitude – Longitude mismatch in camp planning.

GPS not functional.

Camp location not updated.

Any other reasons.
